The 5th Social Responsibility Training Programme organised by the Labour Relations Council will include, on Thursday 13 June, a discussion session titled ‘Social Innovation, Management of Values and Industry 4.0, ready for sustainable change.’ During the session, led by Sergio Colado, tools for making the transition towards sustainability – a challenge derived from the speed of technological change in organisations – will be examined and an enterprise will provide insight into their own experience and outlook.

The Labour Relations Council is the institutional participation and social dialogue body for labour matters in Catalonia, made up of the most representative trade unions and business organisations and the Government of Catalonia. The Social Responsibility Commission of the CRL promotes the incorporation of these matters into Catalan companies and organisations, promoting knowledge and training, and fostering participation in this unique space of social dialogue and consensus.

El V Cicle Formatiu de Responsabilitat Social, organitzat pel Consell de Relacions Laborals, inclourà, dijous 13 de juny, una sessió de debat amb el títol “Innovació social, management de valors i indústria 4.0, preparats per a un canvi sostenible”. Durant la sessió, a càrrec de l’especialista Sergio Colado, es donaran eines per fer la transició cap a la sostenibilitat —un repte que es deriva de l’acceleració del canvi tecnològic a les organitzacions— i una empresa hi aportarà la seva visió i experiència.

El Consell de Relacions Laborals és l’òrgan de participació institucional i de diàleg social en matèria laboral a Catalunya, integrat per les organitzacions sindicals i empresarials més representatives i la Generalitat de Catalunya. La Comissió de Responsabilitat Social del CRL promou la incorporació d’aquesta matèria en empreses i entitats catalanes, impulsa el coneixement i la formació, i afavoreix la participació en aquest espai únic de concertació i diàleg social.
