SDG3: HEALTH and WELL-BEING workshop is about raising awareness of our personal values, the importance of  knowing our own values and living according to our personal values for our health and well-being. In an interactive atmosphere, participants will get acquainted with the Deepak Chopra’s “5 pillars of wellbeing” as foundations of health and examine the strenght of these pillars in their own lives and which of them should be strenghtened! The last part of the workshop will be devoted to raising awareness of our own thought patterns and realizing how our thoughts affect our life experiences. Awareness and understanding of this influence is a way of achieving one balanced and healthy life.

Na radionici Cilj Održivog Razvoja Br. 3: ZDRAVLJE i DOBROBIT osvijestit ćemo u interaktivnoj atmosferi vlastite životne vrijednosti, važnost poznavanja vlastitih životnih vrijednosti i usklađenosti vlastitog načina života s tim vrijednostima za naše zdravlje i dobrobit. Upoznat ćemo se s 5 stupova bivanja dobro Deepaka Chopre kao temelja zdravlja te osvrnuti koliko su jaki u našim životima i koje bi trebalo nadograditi! Zadnji dio radionice posvetit ćemo osvještavanju vlastitih misaonih obrazaca i promotriti kako naše misli utječu na naša životna iskustva. Svjesnost i razumijevanje tog utjecaja put je do postizanja balansiranog i zdravog života.
