Open Nature tour „Terve Eesti – Healthy Estonia“

Guided tour at nature trail to introduce nature values (landscape, geology, species etc) and importance of positive emotions for everyones health.

Guided tour takes place in Valgejärve nature trail at Valgejärve Landscape Reserve. The study trail is 6.5 km long and it starts and ends on the shore of Lake Järveotsa. It passes different forest types and mire to lake Valgejärve. There is possible to learn the geology of lake Valgejärv and how lake chalk was used in old times. Clean and clear springwater nearby is a good refreshment.

Different plant species and their use for food or medicine will be also introduced.

New knowledge, bird singing and nice surroundings will give everybody new energy and positive emotions. 



Retk Valgejärve maastikukaitseala Valgejärve loodusrajal. Rada on 6,5 km pikk ja algab ning lõpeb Järveotsa järve ääres. Rada kulgeb läbi erinevate metsatüüpide, üle raba Valgejärve äärde. Järve kaldal asuv infotahvel tutvustab järve tekkimist ning järves leiduvat järvelupja. Läheduses on ka allikas, kust saab janu kustutada.

Retke jooksul tutvustatakse taimi, samuti nende kasutamisvõimalusi toiduks ja/või raviks.

Uued teadmised linnulaul ning hea seltskond  annavad kindlasti osalejatele positiivseid emotsioone ja turgutavad tervist.
