Maastricht School of Management (MSM) will organize a Sustainable Dinner for its students, partners and staff. The Sustainable Dinner will focus on sustainable, local food and drinks, and will be held in the ‘Beeldentuin Heerdeberg’. The Beeldentuin (Sculpture Garden) is situated against the wooded marl hills nearby Maastricht. In the garden you find natural stone sculptures forming a unity with nature. In the restaurant the food is prepared with bio-dynamic products from the own cattle and vegetables from the cold soil, exclusively with bio-regional products. Organic drinks are served as well. The terrace has a view of a marl wall of sixty million years old. During the dinner the Green Office initiative will be launched. With this initiative MSM will make its staff and students more aware of environmentally friendly actions which can be easily applied to the daily life in office and classroom.

Maastricht School of Management (MSM) organiseert een 'Sustainable Dinner' voor haar partners, studenten en personeel. Het Sustainable Diner focust op verantwoord, lokaal eten en drinken en zal gehouden worden in de Beeldentuin Heerdeberg. De Beeldentuin ligt tegen de beboste mergelhellingen dichtbij Maastricht. In de tuin van de herberg is een beeldentuin, waar de natuurstenen sculpturen een eenheid vormen met de natuur. In het restaurant wordt gekookt met bio-dynamische producten van eigen vee en groenten van de koude grond, en alleen met bio-regionale producten. Biologische dranken worden ook geserveerd. Het terras heeft een uitzicht op een mergelmuur van zestig miljoen jaar oud. Tijdens het diner zal het Green Office initiatief gelanceerd worden, waarmee MSM haar personeel en staf meer bewust wil maken van milieuvriendelijke acties die eenvoudig op kantoor of in het klaslokaal toegepast kunnen worden.
