The event will talk about LNG, LPG, Biofuels, Oil logistic and it will discuss the importance of infrastructure’s development in Italy in order to achieve a sustainable transportation system
The public event, included in the ASSOCOSTIERI (Italian Tank Oil Association) annual Assembly, will be divided into four round tables, in which will take part representatives of national institutions and associated companies, that will analyze the following topics:
– “The development of infrastructures for the storage and distribution of LNG in the port area”
– “The role of LPG in the energy and environmental transition”
– “The news concerning VAT of tax warehouses”
– “The new RED II directive: advanced biofuels”
The main thread will therefore be sustainability in transport, to be achieved through the diffusion of fuels such as LNG, LPG and biofuels (biodiesel, biomethane etc..) and consequently the development of an adequate network of infrastructures.
About LNG, the focus will be on maritime transport and bunkering facilities, while for LPG the discussion will be about its role in the energy transition that will lead to abandon fossil fuels within 2030. The discussion will also be about environmental advantages in using biofuels, such as emissions’ reduction and the legislative aspects expected in the new European Directive RED II.
L’evento pubblico, inserito all’interno della Assemblea annuale di ASSOCOSTIERI, sarà articolato in quattro tavole rotonde, alle quali prenderanno parte alcuni rappresentati delle istituzioni e delle aziende nostre associate, che affronteranno i seguenti temi:
- Lo sviluppo delle infrastrutture per lo stoccaggio e la distribuzione del GNL in ambito portuale
- Il ruolo del GPL nella transizione energetica ed ambientale
- Le novità in tema di IVA dei depositi fiscali
- La nuova direttiva RED II: I biocarburanti avanzati
Il filone principale sarà la sostenibilità nei trasporti, da ottenere attraverso la diffusione di carburanti come GNL, GPL e biocarburanti (biodiesel, biometano..) con conseguente sviluppo di un’adeguata rete di infrastrutture. Per il GNL, in particolare, si analizzeranno le soluzioni per lo sviluppo nel settore del trasporto marittimo e per la realizzazione di idonee strutture portuali (depositi, servizi di bunkeraggio etc.), mentre per il GPL si valuterà il suo ruolo durante la transizione energetica che porterà all’abbandono dei combustibili fossili nel 2030. Sui biocarburanti avanzati, infine, si valuteranno i benefici di questi in termini di riduzione delle emissioni e gli aspetti legislativi che saranno introdotti nella Direttiva Europea RED II.
