Kosovo Sustainable Development Week 2018

Kosovo Sustainable Development Week is a high-level international conference examining Kosovo’s main environmental challenges: energy, solid waste, water, environmental crime and climate change.

Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning in cooperation with the European Union Special Representative (EUSR/EUO), the German Government (GIZ), and Kosovo Civil Society Consortium for Sustainable Development (KOSID), in cooperation with the European Union Special Representative (EUSR), the German Government (GIZ), and Kosovo Civil Society Consortium for Sustainable Development (KOSID) is organizing the first Kosovo Sustainable Development Week (KSDW) high-level international conference examining Kosovo’s main environmental challenges: energy, solid waste, water, environmental crime and climate change. The conference will bring together international and national environmentalist and authorities to lecture and raise awareness on the pressing issues. Side events and special sessions by the civil society, media and existing change agents will be included to the program. The conference is a five-day event starting with an environmental high-level forum. It shall happen during the ESDW, May 30th (Wednesday) to June 5th (Tuesday).

KSDW will be the biggest event on sustainable development and environment ever organised in Kosovo.
