Kamišibaj

Pripovedovanje zgodb s podobami ali ob podobah poznajo vse kulture.

Telling stories with images or next to images is familiar to all cultures. In Japan, the Buddhist monks were telling holy stories by the pictures on the scrolls. And here are the roots of the kamishibai. It is a Japanese art form of telling stories on images on a small wooden stage. Tatjana Grabrijan will present to us some of the famous stories, such as Kette’s Seamstress and Scissors, and the Roma folk fairy tale How did fiddle came to be?

After the show, you are invited to a workshop of making kamishibai. The workshop will offer the participants the basic knowledge and principles on the basis of which they will be able to create their own kamishibai.

Pripovedovanje zgodb s podobami ali ob podobah poznajo vse kulture. Na Japonskem so budistični menihi ob slikah na svitkih pripovedovali svete zgodbe. In tu so korenine kamišibaja.

Delavnica bo ponudila udeležencem osnovna znanja in zakonitosti, na osnovi katerih bodo lahko izdelali svoj lastni kamišibaj.
