Humanity has always been in search of a place (ideal and real at the same time) where to find both serenity and peace, as well as to meditate: a sort of coming back to an earthly paradise. In order to uncover this place, this project proposes to design and realize an educational garden, meant as a living laboratory for the preservation of natural biodiversity.

Thanks to a simple equipment and small changes, this educational garden will become a place able to encourage the match between people and nature. Starting from observation and space-planning activities, we will provide students, teachers as well as parents with a practical methodology which will allow them to understand the multiple dimension and the complexity of the processes related to botany and biodiversity, on the basis of learning paths as well as practical activities and sustainable innovations. We must protect nature, not damage it with bad behaviors and attitudes and by an unrestrained consumption.

L'umanità ha da sempre cercato un luogo (ideale e reale al tempo stesso) dove cercare la serenità o la pace e meditare: una sorta di paradiso terrestre da ritrovare. Progettazione e realizzazione di giardino didattico come laboratorio vivente per la conservazione della biodiversità naturale.

Il giardino, grazie a semplici attrezzature e piccole trasformazioni, diventa un luogo in cui è più facile l'incontro tra le persone e la natura. A partire da attività di osservazione e di progettazione di spazi si cerca di dare una metodologia pratica per aiutare studenti, insegnanti e genitori a comprendere le molteplici dimensioni e i processi complessi legati alla botanica e alla biodiversità, grazie a dei percorsi d’apprendimento e attività pratiche innovative sostenibili. La natura non può essere danneggiata da certi comportamenti, attitudini e consumi.
