The “Dinar de llençats” is an initiative where a hundred volunteers collaborate, disinterestedly, with the aim of creating awareness in the consumption patterns generated by waste.

The central axis of the festival is  a popular lunch made with those foods that, although they are edible, are outside the commercial circuit because they are too mature or with very short expiration dates that are collected from the shops of the city.

Several participating entities offer recreational activities related to reuse and recycling: workshops, gymkhana, clothing and toy exchange market, children’s shows, …

El Dinar de llençats és una iniciativa on un centenar de voluntaris hi col·laboren, desinteressadament, amb l’objectiu de crear consciència en els models de consum que genera el malbaratament.L’eix central de la festa és el Dinar de Llençats, un dinar popular fet amb aquells aliments que, tot i ser comestibles, estan fora del circuit comercial perquè estan massa madurs o amb dates de caducitat molt curtes i que es recullen dels comerços de la ciutat.Diverses entitats participants ofereixen activitats lúdiques, relacionades amb la reutilització i el reciclatge: tallers, gimcanes, mercat d'intercanvi de roba i de joguines, espectacles infantils,...
