The idea of this latest Pumpa Design upcycle product was initially introduced by Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto which is a waste collection and sorting facility that also handles waste textiles. However, there is a particular type of fabric they do not have much use for. But we do, and that is why a new Pumpa Design product will be launched on May 30, 2017.

Uusi kierrätystekstiilistä valmistettava Pumpa Design upcycle-tuote – tavoitteena vähentää muovijätteen määrää. Tämäkin tuoteidea lähti liikkeelle raaka-aineesta. Turussa Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto Oy:n keräämän poistotekstiilin joukossa, on tiettyä raaka-ainetta jolle ei ole ollut kunnollista hyödyntäjää. Me otimme haasteen vastaan!
