Educational activities undertaken with educational institutions, with different levels of education, including lectures in schools; study visits to protected areas and Assembly of travelling exhibitions in schools and local authorities. The themes that will be the target of these environmental awareness and dissemination actions are inserted in the 14 and 15 goal, in the themes of the sea and earth, more specifically: the dissemination of insular marine and terrestrial biodiversity; the problem of invasive plants; the marine fauna; the Laurisilva of Madeira; the Sea Wolf. Educational visits will be carried out to some of the protected areas of Madeira arquipélago, as the Natural Reserve of Garajau; the Natural Reserve of Desertas Islands and the Laurisilva of Madeira UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Will be mounted a travelling exhibition allusive to the Natural Reserve of Desertas Islands. With these actions it is intended to raise awareness of the existing Natural Heritage; the high importance and the threats they face.

Atividades educacionais realizadas com Instituições de ensino, com diferentes níveis de escolaridade, que incluem palestras nas escolas; visitas de estudo a áreas protegidas e montagem de exposições itinerantes em escolas e autarquias. Os temas que serão alvo destas ações de sensibilização e divulgação ambiental estão inseridos nos objetivo 14 e 15, nas temáticas do mar e da terra, mais especificamente: a divulgação da biodiversidade insular marinha e terrestre; a problemática das plantas invasoras; a fauna marinha ; a Laurissilva da Madeira; o lobo-marinho. Serão realizadas visitas pedagógicas a algumas das áreas protegidas da Madeira, como a Reserva Natural do Garajau; a RESERVA Natural das Ilhas Desertas e ainda à Laurissilva da Madeira, Património Mundial Natural da UNESCO. Será montada uma exposição itinerante alusiva à Reserva Natural das Ilhas Desertas. Com estas ações pretende-se dar a conhecer o Património Natural existente; a sua importância; as ameaças que enfrentam.
